I care about getting work to the finish line
My work started in iOS and low-level systems, then expanded into Go backends, cross-platform clients, cloud deployment, and AI products. Now, as an independent builder, the key skill is breaking product, engineering, and release work into clear steps and delivering them.
I reduce scope first, then automate.
Apps keep evolving; the sections below break the background into specific capability lenses.
Define the boundary before automation or agents enter
I do not treat AI as a replacement for judgment. For complex work, I define the goal, inputs, delivery boundary, checks, and rollback path first. Scripts and agents can move faster after that, but responsibility stays with the builder.
Earlier work in low-level performance, payments, realtime systems, and production migration made me sensitive to the phrase “it is deployed.” Before launch I want build, route, health-check, and page evidence. After launch I want checks, alerts, and a record of what changed.
